• The photograph shows waste dumped or abandoned where it does not belong. Waste that is properly contained does not count: a bin in use, a skip in service, a building site in operation. Fail this if no discarded waste is visible, or everything visible is properly contained.AI review
• The photograph is consistent with the size on the answer's first line: a bagful is a bin bag or two, a car boot fills a car boot, a trailer needs a trailer, a truck needs a truck. A bagful is the smallest band, so any real pile meets it. Count what it comes to gathered up, not the ground it covers.AI review
